1 cup cooked pumpkin (or pumpkin purée) 1/2 block silken tofu 4-5 dates 1 ripe banana 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth and creamy. 2. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. 3. Use your favorite toppings!
